Tyler and I absolutely love taking these little immunity and energy boosters every day! I prep them once a week and the best part is they're SO easy to make for all of the benefits that they provide!

I broke down my top 3 favorite recipes below...

#1 Citrus

  • Organic oranges (peeled)

  • Organic lemons (peeled)

  • Ginger root (with peel) rinse prior to using

  • Organic carrots (with peel) rinse prior to using

  • Turmeric root (with peel) rinse prior to using

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1 part manuka honey, 1 part local, raw honey

  • Coconut water

#2 Berry & Beat

  • Ginger root (with peel) rinse prior to using

  • Organic lemons (peeled)

  • Organic beets (fresh and peeled)

  • Organic strawberries

  • Organic blueberries

  • Organic raspberries

  • 1 part manuka honey, 1 part local, raw honey

  • Filtered or spring water

#3 Tropical

  • Ginger root (with peel) rinse prior to using

  • Turmeric root (with peel) rinse prior to using

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Organic oranges (peeled)

  • Organic lemons (peeled)

  • Organic pineapple (peeled)

  • Organic mangoes (peeled)

  • Coconut water

  • 1 part manuka honey, 1 part local, raw honey

To make, fill a blender with your ingredients (you can put more or less of certain ingredients to achieve the flavor profile that you want). You want to make sure that there is enough water/coconut water in your mix so that your blender doesn't get jammed.

Once everything is blended, pour it into a nut milk bag and strain the liquid into a large glass measuring cup with a pouring lip. Then pour your wellness shots into 2 oz. bottles for easy access throughout the week. I found that 1 full blender makes enough for me to fill 12, 2 oz. bottles!

Here are the tools that I use:

    • Agaricus blazei murill extract- stimulate the immune system, particularly natural killer (NK) cells, which are important for fighting off infections and cancer cells, also helps with blood sugar regulation
