Turmeric root (with peel) rinse prior to using

Organic pineapple (peeled)
Organic mangoes (peeled)
Coconut water

To make, fill a blender with your ingredients (you can put more or less of certain ingredients to achieve the flavor profile that you want). You want to make sure that there is enough water/coconut water in your mix so that your blender doesn't get jammed.
Once everything is blended, pour it into a nut milk bag and strain the liquid into a large glass measuring cup with a pouring lip. Then pour your wellness shots into 2 oz. bottles for easy access throughout the week. I found that 1 full blender makes enough for me to fill 12, 2 oz. bottles!
Here are the tools that I use:
Spark notes breakdown of ingredients:

Carrots - eye health and immunity (beta-carotene/vitamin A), digestion and heart health (fiber and antioxidants)

I also add a few tinctures that aid with overall immunity *these are totally optional*
Tictures
Agaricus blazei murill extract- stimulate the immune system, particularly natural killer (NK) cells, which are important for fighting off infections and cancer cells, also helps with blood sugar regulation
Olive leaf extract - heart health, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, potentially prevents tumor growth
Mistleote extract - anti-inflammatory, antioxidants, overall immune-boosting, potentially directly inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells
I hope you find these recipes helpful. Let me know your thoughts!
Sending love always,
Julianna
